What’s your return policy?

Our candle can be returned within 14 days after you receive it. To initiate a return or exchange, email hi@estherwangcandle.com with your order number from your confirmation email.

Please note: Art candles are non-refundable.

How long does it take to process a return?

Your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card.

Please note: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Used classic candles return policy:

The used classic candles can also get a refund if you are not satisfied. However, you need to submit a 800-word suggestion on how Esther can improve the candle and the brand to estherw.official@gmail.com.

Suggestions can include the label color, candle scent, jar size, website feedback, or new candle types, etc. Anything you’d like to share to help ESTHERWANG do better going forward. You’d also be welcome to talk about your recent life to Esther after your suggestion, if no one you can talk to. As long as it reaches 800 words to get a refund.
